i have bought stuff at other pawn shops but this place they are worse than a crook. i bought a laptop took it home didnt use it for two days when i tried it was dead so i plugged it in to charge had it charging for two days when i tried it again battery life was at 0 percent. i called the pawn shop they asked if i bought the warranty no one offered it to me so i didnt was told that there was nothing they could do tried lookinh for the battery online it will cost me 145 more ontop of the 200 i paid already should of just bought it at dell new
